We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Matte Collection pieces, so we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and hygiene liners to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene seal is intact for swimwear and bodysuits.

  Ship Your Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a digital gift card for the purchase amount will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
